I had my fitness assessment at Max Fitness on Friday and they really pushed me. There was so many times where I just wanted to give up and say forget this, but the trainer really made me feel motivated to finish my assessment. I know that they are suppose to push you and he did, but not in an overwhelming way. He just reassured me that I was capable of doing everything he had me to doing. It is now 3 days later, and I am still feeling every bit of my hour workout.. but it is a good feeing. Accomplished is a better word for it. I actually even signed up to take a class tomorrow. I have no clue what the class is. I figured I would just be surprised. I am taking a 9'o clock class to help get my day started. I will follow up this blog with a video blog on my class.
