I have recently started Zumba at Max Fitness, and I absolutely love it. I've never taken a Zumba class before, and I honestly can say that my first experience couldn't have been better.
Some of the reasons why I wanted to start taking a Zumba class were for cardio, coordination, toning, and stress relief. All which I get in my one class a week. I plan on starting to pick up a couple more days, I know I could use those 4 things more than 1 time a week with my crazy schedule.
The nice thing about all of the classes offered at Max Fitness is that they are all up-to-date on their Facebook page for all of their locations. It is very convenient to find a time that fits you.
